COCOM C5ISR Global Operations on Five Continents

BiC-1 is changing the way Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) services are deployed and fielded. Our platforms and sensors are closing intelligence gaps when military inventory assets are insufficient in number or deployed elsewhere. Our Contractor Owned, Contractor Operated (COCO) ISR operations allow Combatant Commands (COCOMs) to rapidly establish or redirect ISR assets to immediate areas of need or of global interest, especially in scenarios where COCO hardware is less visible or attention-grabbing than military inventory.

Directly able to support US SOUTHCOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, and SOCOM/SOCEUR/SOCPAC missions, BiC-1 COCO ISR operations is able to support nearly all of the major COCOM mission areas, including humanitarian aid, disaster relief, coalition/partner nation building, regional development and stability, persons/targets of interest, threat deterrence, and contingency response.

Our C5ISR offerings provide an extensive Channel industry partners, using the best-in-class for each mission as tailored to the needs and resources of that mission. We provide mission planning environments, land, sea (surface and subsurface), and air platforms with suitable endurance and persistence, accommodation of customer payloads, and our own partner network payloads in concert with COCOM mission decomposition.
